Try this rhythm warm-up. You may not need to, but click "yes" if it asks you to enable editing, and then you can click on the rhythms and move the rhythms around. Use the rhythms to create a warm-up for yourself. You can play open strings or add fingers. If you do not have your instrument, you can still clap the rhythms, shadow bow, or use found items as percussion.
